Teeth! Teeth! Teeth!

Traxton now has four teeth. He has only bit me one time. He is sure growing fast. He loves his big sister and tries to go everywhere she goes and do everything that she does. She got into the mud the other day and of course so did he. Nothing stops him. He thinks that he is just as big as she is. What fun kids!

Growing Like A Weed

Braylea was working "playing" in my classroom today. She was drawing a picture. I asked her what she was drawing and she told me, "I am making a lot of circles. You draw a circle mom." So I drew a circle. I asked her what it was and she told me that is the shape of a "momato" tomato. I then drew a triangle and asked her what it was. She said, "it is a triangle...the shape of a mountain...like where the antelope live until someone shoots them. When someone shoots them they take them to the antelope place (taxidermist)." Thinking I could challenge her I drew a square and asked her what it was. She said, "It is a square...kind of like a door." Still trying to challenge her I drew a diamond. I asked her what it was and she correctly identified it as well.

I am not sure what I am going to do with this girl she way to smart! She was so excited that they played basketball at preschool yesterday. It was all she talked about. O... and that they tasted lemons. She is growing way to fast!

My Little Helper

Braylea was playing on my computer before she went to preschool this morning. She informed me "you have to push this button (the one on the mouse) to go to the internet". I had no idea that she new what the internet was. She plays on the computer a lot. Recently her favorite website is starfall.com. She loves the games on that web site and it is very educational. I would recommend it for any moms that are looking for educational learning games. Anyway... She keeps me on my toes and keeps a smile on my face. I love this little girl!

This photo is just another that we took this morning. She is very good at sticking post-it notes EVERYWHERE. I like it when she leaves notes. What a cutie.

Mighty Hunters

Braylea and Traxton have been hunting antelope with Uncle Brandon the last two days. Braylea is quite the little guide. I am sure that she took Uncle Brandon right to this nice buck that he killed today.

This morning when I was getting her ready to go. She told me that she needed her hunting clothes and her hunting coat. We got them all ready. She said that she already had a gun and some binoculars so she did not need to take any. She was so excited to go. The entire time that I was getting Traxton ready to go she kept telling me to take her to Papa Gil's so she could go hunting. She could hardly wait! I am sure glad that they had a successful hunt.

Traxton has three theeth now. One on the bottom and two on the top. He is growing so big. Grandma Lori took him for a fun ride in the stroller. Braylea and Tiger (the cat) went with. Braylea, Tiger, and Traxton were all in the stroller. Braylea decided to jump out before I could get a picture. Traxton and Tiger struck a pose. Aren't they cute?

Mike & Brandi's Wedding

Nap Time?

Traxton was one tired boy the day of Mike's wedding. He looked so cute sleeping that we had to snap a picture. He played really hard with Braylea, Uncle Jason, and Uncle Dallas.

Braylea went to her first day of preschool. She was so excited. She wore her new clothes and took her Dora back pack. She was a little scared when I left, but her teacher said that she was just fine once she started to play. I asked her what she did at school and she said, "We ate cookies." They had cookies and milk for snack. She later told me that they got to play with popcorn seeds. Sounds like fun to me! She loves going to school with mom. She is such a social butterfly. She comes into my classroom for a few minutes after preschool and she fits right in with the second graders.
